Albus Conseil

WHO ARE WE ?

Our team

We train hard to deal with each situation with pragmatism and enthusiasm. We are all specialists in managing change. To constantly strengthen our expertise, training courses are unlimited for all of us and each consultant can take part in any given mission to share his experience and perspective to the dedicated team.

Rather than acting “knowingly”, we work to understand the managers’ fears and doubts to give help and tips to overcome them.

We are convinced that change management is not merely a “process” but also a personal commitment to convey to our clients, the determination and energy needed to succeed. Therefore, we will stand enthusiastically by your side, avoid patronizing you and take risks to achieve and experience with you enriching adventures.

What inspires us (among other things)

Kaamelott

A complete cinematographic work dedicated to the question of the exercise of power and a decisive inspiration in the 6th season: “Warlords, there are all kinds. Good ones, bad ones, crates of warlords filled to the brim. But once in a while, one stands out. Exceptional. A hero. A legend. Heads like that, there's almost never one. But you know what they all have in common? You know what their secret power is? They only fight for the dignity of the weakest.”

Harry Potter

Great initiatory and adventurous tale. But above all, it is Albus Dumbledore who inspires our posture: involved, active, leaving heroism to our clients, and even dying before the end of the story to let them succeed alone.

12 Angry Men

Wonderful lesson of patience, method and respect for others for a just and human decision to prevail without hammering pompous values, often disconnected from reality and often pretentious.

The 3 kingdoms

Another great lesson about the exercise of power, which suggests adding a little bit of Asia in our management, to welcome serenely difficulties, crises, or other storms and respond with hindsight and gentleness.

Asterix

First , an inspiration through the simplicity of the stories and teachings, but also a role model as manager, Abraracourcix, gives us food for thought : do we necessarily need to be strong to help others develop and grow ?

What characterizes us

You don't pay us to rub you up the right wayYou don't need experts on your field
but consultants that bring energy &
new managerial solutions
You don't need consultants that make
themselves indispensable but solutions
to your actual problem
You change, we are by your side to
support you but we never
do it on your behalf
You don't buy a "ready-made product",
we continually adapt to our clients'
changing context
We never agree

You don't need consultants that make themselves indispensable but solutions to your actual problem

We do nothing, but we do it well

You change, we are by your side to support you but we never do it on your behalf

We never do what we said we would

You don't buy a "ready-made product", we continually adapt to our clients' changing context
